If your profile matches any of our opportunities, we will contact you personally for an initial consultation. If we are unable to assist you this time, we will provide clear feedback and a general market overview to help you understand how and when we can assist you.

3. The meeting

"People buy from people." That's why we invite you for a face-to-face meeting. During this meeting, you'll receive a clear overview of the open position and insights into the company hiring. The goal of this meeting is to provide you with thorough preparation and guidance for the upcoming interviews.

4. The interviews with a potential employer

During interviews with potential employers, we'll provide you with personalized support based on our industry expertise. We'll share all the tips and tricks you need to ensure your application is a success.

5. The contract

After your excellent performance during each of your interviews, we'll facilitate the various steps of your career transition. We'll assist you from salary negotiations and signing your contract to the most appropriate way to submit your resignation.

6. Succession

Even once you have found your next challenge, we will remain at your service for any advice or information regarding the day-to-day management of your professional life.
